Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building our new software platform from the ground up. You will work as part of an agile development team, contributing hands-on to software development while also supporting the team through technical guidance, mentoring and solution design.

You will have the opportunity to influence the platform's architecture, technology choices and development practices from an early stage. In addition to development work, you will help translate business needs into technical specifications and act as a deputy Scrum Master when needed.

This role is well suited for an experienced developer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership and teamwork.

Your key responsibilities include:

Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for our product portfolio

Participate in defining the architecture, technical solutions and development practices

Create and refine technical specifications together with product, business and development stakeholders

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and other team members

Participate actively in code reviews and promote good software engineering practices

Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and making architectural decisions

Act as a deputy Scrum Master when required and help facilitate effective agile ways of working

Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices and overall software quality

Collaborate closely with other developers, product owners and relevant stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
