We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to own cross-border waste shipment notifications and permits across Norway, Sweden and Finland, while supporting logistics planning and material flows across the Nordic business. You will work closely with authorities, operations, sales, compliance and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities Notifications & Regulatory Compliance
Own and coordinate all transboundary waste shipment notifications and permit processes across multiple Nordic countries.
Prepare and submit notification applications, respond to authority questions and manage required documentation.
Monitor permit validity periods and proactively manage renewals.
Contribute to continuous improvement of notification and compliance processes.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate transport bookings, delivery planning and shipment execution across the Nordic downstream business.
Ensure accurate transport documentation and work with production, sales, customers and transport providers to secure timely deliveries.
Follow up transport costs, support invoice verification and help resolve transport-related deviations and claims.
Working Location
The role is based in Finland, with office location in either Riihimäki, Ikaalinen, Helsinki or Turku.
The position is hybrid, with mandatory office days included.
