We are looking for a Climate Asset Development Lead (f/d/m), You will lead CEEZER’s expansion into climate performance assets by owning our strategy and deal execution across EAC, SAFc, and the secondary carbon market. Starting as a team of one, you'll drive supply origination, provide market expertise to clients, and scale your team alongside business growth.

Your mission

Setting up the strategy for climate performance asset supply access across EAC, SAFc, and the secondary carbon market.

Evaluate and end-to-end drive the expansion of CEEZER in new climate performance assets, from market assessment to transaction.

Run the trading of climate performance assets: Ensure supply access, execute deals hands-on, negotiate prices & contracts, and structure complex transactions.
