Your missionAs a working student in Marketing & Communications, you'll be part of our marketing team and help shape how Rail-Flow shows up in the market – on LinkedIn, at fairs and events, in our newsletter, and in the way we talk about our products. In a small team, you'll take on real tasks, see your work go live, and get regular feedback.• Content creation: You create content for LinkedIn, from copywriting to visuals and short animated videos.
Fairs & events: You help organise our presence at industry fairs and support internal and external events – including railXchange, our own conference on digitalisation and AI in rail logistics.
Branding & marketing material: You design branding and marketing materials in line with our corporate identity.
Market & competitor research: You research trends, competitors, and developments in the rail and logistics industry and prepare your findings for the team.
Newsletter & CRM: You manage our monthly newsletter and maintain data in our CRM system.
PR & external communications: You support our press and public relations work.

Your profile• Studies: You are currently studying marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Industry interest: You are interested in rail freight and logistics. No prior industry knowledge required.
Experience: Initial experience in marketing, communications, or PR through internships or working-student roles is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Initiative: You develop your own ideas and campaign conce
