Responsibilities
- As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, obsesses over behavior change, and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward.
- Your responsibilities• Therapy ownership: You own the full patient journey end-to-end – from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product – but it's a means to an end, not the goal itself.
- Behavior & retention: You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
