[DN] HR Operations & Administration Coordinator

About this role

Responsibilities

• 1. HR Operations & Employee Support
• Coordinate and follow up on key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, internal employee changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR master data, and personnel documentation.
• Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters.
• Support HR-related document preparation, including company CV formatting and translation.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are accurate, timely, and handled with confidentiality.
• 2. Office & Travel Administration
• Coordinate day-to-day office administration for Vietnam and Singapore, including office supplies, meals, cleaning, facilities, access cards, parking, renovation, and office decoration.
• Coordinate business trip for employees in Vietnam and Singapore, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• 3. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
• Coordinate internal events, employee activities, sharing sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and charity activities.
• Prepare internal announcements and newsletters and coordinate onboarding culture sessions.
• Coordinate company branding and employee materials, including name badges, brochures, standees, T-shirts, notebooks, welcome kits, and other promotional materials.
• 4. HR Projects & Other Support
• Support regional HR projects, HRIS implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support HR data, reporting, and other HR initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.

About the Role We are looking for an HR Operations & Administration Coordinator to support and coordinate HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, office administration, internal communication, and employee engagement activities across Sioux Vietnam and Singapore. The role works closely with employees, managers, the HR team, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes and positive employee experience.
