We design, manufacture, install, and service wind turbines across onshore and offshore markets worldwide.Our Northern and Central Europe (NCE) Service Commercial team leads service-related commercial activities, building close customer partnerships, developing value-adding solutions, and securing profitable growth through service contracts and aftermarket offerings. We are now looking for a commercially minded Service Sales Manager to join our Nordic team.
Responsibilities
- As a Service Sales Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key commercial contact
- Own and deliver service sales targets through contract renewals, upselling, new contracts, and business growth initiatives
- Develop and execute account strategies that support customer needs and long-term partnership objectives
- Identify and convert opportunities for value-added services, optimizing customer value and commercial performance
- Manage commercial negotiations and secure competitive, sustainable service agreements
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, technical, legal, and finance teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and grow our market share
Requirements
- Solid commercial and sales experience, possibly within services, aftersales, industrial, energy, or other long-term service-based business models
