Bilingual Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join an international and creative company. If you're passionate about communication, enjoy helping customers, and can confidently support customers in English and at least one additional language, we'd love to hear from you. The Position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. You will initially be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. The ambition is for the role to transition into a direct employment at the company.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of an international customer support team, helping customers from different markets through clear and professional communication. Most customer interactions take place via email, where you will guide customers through a variety of questions related to products, orders, and deliveries. The role combines customer service with problem-solving, as you'll investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that each customer receives the support they need. Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to the continuous development of support processes.

Assisting customers with product-, order-, and delivery-related inquiries
