We are currently expanding our R&D team and are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in standard components and materials.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our standard components and materials library within the R&D Engineering department. This will include all development phases, from conceptual design to end of production, and will require close collaboration with all parts of the organization, including but not limited to Prototype, Testing, Procurement, Production, Quality, CAE, and Homologation.
- You will:
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE for the catalogue of standard parts (commercial off-the-shelf products).
- Maintain the internal table for fastener tightening torques and standards.
- Create and maintain the materials and surface treatments library using CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Support the Low Voltage Electronics department in releasing engineering data, such as PCB/FPC and Bootloader data, using CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Create Koenigsegg Technical Standard (KTS) documents, engineering instructions, specification drawings for families of parts, etc.
- Facilitate tests to verify component functionality and ensure that requirements are met when needed.
