About the Team / Business Unit This role sits within our client's Infrastructure and Digital Workplace Services organization, delivered by Cognizant as part of an updated enterprise support model. The team is responsible for the Database & Data Platform tower, working closely with security, service management, and business stakeholders to keep the client's technology estate resilient, secure, and future-ready across Finland. You bring hands-on expertise across Microsoft SQL Server and other enterprise database platforms, with a strong track record in performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and database security. You are comfortable working within ITSM-driven change, incident, and problem management processes, and enjoy solving complex, production-critical database issues.
