Responsibilities

  • Inventory physical management: Oversee end-to-end physical inventory across all BGs/BUs of the Representative Office in compliance with inventory-management policies, guidelines and procedures. Identify anomalies including physical-goods safety risks, goods-document-account discrepancies and overdue stagnant stock. Drive relevant business streams to conduct root-cause analysis and develop improvement measures. Escalate critical issues to the Representative Office management team and perform independent oversight duties.
  • National logistics platform development and maintenance: Deliver local adaptation and roll-out of the national logistics platform; sustain ongoing operations and continuously enhance platform and organizational capabilities.
