The team is responsible for the Windows & Server Infrastructure tower, working closely with security, service management, and business stakeholders to keep the client's technology estate resilient, secure, and future-ready across Finland. You bring hands-on expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, and core infrastructure services, with strong experience in patch management, virtualization platforms, and automation through PowerShell. You are comfortable troubleshooting complex L2/L3 issues and working within enterprise ITSM processes.
