Satatuote is a contract supplier and service provider for regulated industries, specializing in customer-centric and sustainable plastic packaging solutions. Our customers include leading pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, food industry operators and global technology companies. We are a growing team with over 90 personnel, and a 2025 company turnover of 20 Meur.

With decades of experience serving demanding industrial sectors, we help our customers improve sustainability, compliance and operational performance through innovative packaging and circular economy solutions. Our headquarters and production facilities are located in Rauma, Finland and Kralovice, Czech Republic, supported by sales and logistics operations across Europe.

We are now looking for a

Customer Solutions & Sustainability Manager

to lead the next phase of our sustainability journey and strengthen our position as a trusted sustainability partner for our customers.

Your Mission

This role combines sustainability expertise, customer engagement and business development. You will be responsible for further developing Satatuote's sustainability program while helping our customers achieve their own sustainability objectives through practical and commercially viable solutions.

Rather than focusing on compliance alone, your role is to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and translate sustainability into tangible customer value.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues across sales, product development, quality, procurement and production.
