We are looking for a strategic minded and hands-on Area IT Manager to manage local IT development and support activities in Finland and to oversee our regional IT operations across Ruukki locations in Central Eastern Europe. This role combines leadership, operational responsibility, and strategic execution in a dynamic international environment.

The role has two main managerial responsibility areas; Firstly, oversee local IT development and support activities in Finland, ensuring business continuity from the IT perspective. And in this context act as line manager for the area IT team: manage performance, recruitment, budgeting, and other HR responsibilities. Secondly, you will lead a team of regional IT managers in Central and Eastern Europe: you will set goals, monitor progress, optimize resource allocation and ensure that best practices are evaluated and implemented as part of the knowledge sharing proc
