Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will have a crucial role in advancing large-scale data center developments from site origination through development and into delivery in Finland and future European markets. You will coordinate critical workstreams covering land, power, utilities, connectivity, permitting and stakeholder engagement, ensuring project progress efficiently and remaining aligned with business objectives.

  • Support early-stage project planning by ensuring resource readiness aligns with development timelines, investment decisions, and business objectives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current and pipeline projects, key development milestones, and long-term expansion plans, proactively identifying risks and dependencies
  • Stakeholder EngagementManage relationships with external stakeholders such as municipalities, utilities, grid operators, landowners, and regulatory authorities
  • Support discussions and alignment with power and infrastructure providers to ensure timely availability of required capacities and services
