We are looking for an experienced Director, business change management, to take a key role in driving Elisa's business transformation agenda and industry collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of business strategy, process development, industry influence, and large-scale transformation programs. You will work with senior business leaders, international industry forums, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our transformation initiatives create measurable business value and support Elisa's long-term strategic goals.
In this role, you will combine business leadership, stakeholder management, change leadership, and industry expertise to help shape how Elisa develops its business capabilities and customer processes in the years ahead.
Responsibilities
- You will act as a senior business owner and change leader for strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring that business objectives drive priorities, scope decisions, and implementation plans.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Leading business change management activities across major transformation programs, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, capabilities, and ways of working
- Acting as the business representative in steering groups and strategic governance forums, ensuring business priorities remain at the center of decision-making
- Owning business case governance, value realization frameworks, KPI definition, and benefit tracking
- Leading business design teams and providing direction for Product Owners responsible for detailed process and system design
- Driving end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process development and ensuring alignment between transformation initiatives and business-as-usual process evolution
- Managing business scope and backlog priorities throughout transformation programs
- Evaluating scope changes, descoping proposals, and roadmap decisions through a business value lens
