For this, we are looking for you as our Working Student System Administration (all genders).

Your mission in detail:

As our Working Student System Administration, you are the contact person for all hardware and software problems and support the Helpling team with questions regarding the IT infrastructure.

You support the provisioning and maintenance of our Windows- and OSX-based environment and help provide your colleagues with high-speed, bugless equipment.

You help manage our local networks and support troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.

You bring your own ideas to improve existing workflows through customized automation.

You help ward off cyber attacks, create backups, and contribute to our overall IT security.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

A vocational training or degree is not the most important thing to us. We value your experience and are therefore looking for practically-versed, plug-and-play heroes with versatile IT knowledge who are currently enrolled at a university.

You are familiar with help desk user support, Google Workspace, setting up VLAN and VPN, as well as Windows and OSX systems, and ideally, you even bring first knowledge of a programming language.

You are reliable, motivated, and effortlessly juggle multiple inquiries at the same time.

You live in Berlin/Brandenburg and value our beautiful office in Berlin Mitte as your second 127.0.0.1

You are enrolled as a student throughout your time with us and can work up to 20 hours per week.

German language skills a
