• This role sits within the Production team at our NPI facility in Reading, Berkshire, reporting to the Procurement Manager and on-site at least three days per week.
• As Systems Engineer, you will be the internal owner of the business systems that production, quality, procurement and logistics run on — beginning with the selection and implementation of a new ERP, and evolving from there.
• The role takes the ERP programme off the leadership team and gives XYZ a single system of record for stock, BOMs, builds and serial-level traceability. The systems you build must scale with the business: what is built now must support materially higher volumes, more products and more people — without adding headcount or manual workarounds.
