Senior Software Engineer to Customer Identity Platform

Join our Customer Identity Platform team, where we enable secure and compliant access to our banking services and make it easy for customers to identify themselves with confidence.
We are now looking for a Senior Software engineer who thrives on complex challenges and wants to play a key role in building and scaling our AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) platform.

As a Senior software engineer in our team, you will:
🚀 Be part of an agile team that values accelerated development, quality, fast feedback, and continuous improvement
☁️ Design, build, and optimize scalable APIs using modern AWS services and cloud-native technologies
🤖 Heavy daily user of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude code, Cursor, Copilot) for accelerated delivery and evaluating correctness and security before shipping.
💻 Work heavily on backend development, working with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Postgres db / Mongodb, GitHub, Elastic and AWS
🔗 Understand and work with data lineage, data lake and data pipeline orchestration tools like Dagster.
🏗️ Contribute to architectural solutions and can describe complex features and/or systems in detail and are able to communicate technical information effectively (written and verbal).
🤝 Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and deliver secure and compliant services
