Senior Software Engineer (DevOps & Platform Engineering)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of software development at DNA. You believe in knowledge sharing and in the power of a brave, forward-looking, and innovative developer community willing to challenge existing ways of working.

In this hands-on role, you will build and operate the shared platform, automation, and agentic development capabilities that help our teams deliver independently and efficiently at scale. You will develop these capabilities together with product teams, validate them in real delivery work, and turn proven solutions into reusable tools, practices, and guardrails. As an experienced engineer, you will encourage and help other teams adopt the capabilities through hands-on collaboration, technical guidance, and clear documentation.

The position is based in Helsinki, but you can work remotely from anywhere in Finland in line with our flexible work concept. We also value regular face-to-face collaboration, as working side by side helps us maintain a strong team spirit and supports fast-paced development and learning.
