As our business expands, we are looking for a Business Partner - to strengthen financial performance management across our operations and help ensure that business decisions are supported by robust financial insight and analysis.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders across the organization. Your focus will be on performance management, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision support.
- You will play a key role in translating operational and commercial drivers into actionable financial insights, helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for your assigned business areas.
- Ensure alignment between operational plans, capacity development, and financial forecasts.
- Translate operational and commercial drivers into robust financial plans and scenarios.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and explain financial and operational performance.
