As we continue to expand our Nordic platform, significant investments are being made in new sites, capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives. To support this journey, we are looking for an Business Partner - to join our Finance team.
Responsibilities
- This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and investment decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing investment cases, tracking project portfolio health and advise on improvement actions, evaluating capital allocation opportunities, and supporting the business with strategic analysis.
- You will work closely with Finance and Development, and senior leadership to ensure that investment decisions are supported by high-quality financial insight, clear governance, and a thorough understanding of value creation and risk.
- Investment Analysis & Business Cases
- Develop and maintain financial plans for major investment initiatives.
- Identify options to optimize capital deployment for value maximization
- Assess the financial viability of new sites, capacity expansions, and infrastructure projects.
- Support strategic decision-making with scenario modelling and business case development.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Contribute to long-range planning and investment forecasting.
- Ensure consistency between operational assumptions, growth plans, and financial projections.
