What will I be doing?

As a Barista, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision, consistency,and attention to presentation

Delivering each beverage promptly while ensuring quality, temperature, and visual excellence

Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner, providing recommendations and enhancing the overall experience

Demonstrating expert knowledge of coffee origins, preparation techniques, and menu offerings

Maintaining, cleaning, and calibrating coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance

Ensuring cleanliness and organization of all barista stations and storage areas in line with luxury and hygiene standards

Monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to support smooth daily operations
