About the role

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Renewal, you work at the intersection of executive strategy consulting, AI-enabled transformation and business process renewal. In addition to hands-on consulting work with clients, the role requires involvement in sales, shaping opportunities as well as contributing to internal development within the service line.

In client work, you help organizations to lead an AI transformation by designing the strategies, building an impactful business and operations, and co-developing effective and sustainable operating models and the capabilities. Your work typically begins by understanding the client's current state, defining an ambitious yet realistic target state, creating a feasible strategy and /or roadmap for transformation, and driving change to create impact.

In this role you will work with Finland's Consumer and Commercial sector organisations especially focused on the retail industry. Previous experience from retail is required. Your home base will be Helsinki or Tampere, with a flexible hybrid setup and some travel to client sites in the future within the Nordics.

You don't need to master all of these areas, but we expect you to feel comfortable taking a leading role in a few of them.

What helps you succeed 3-7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or
