Finance Manager

Our job is to support business performance to ensure strong financial transparency, high-quality decision making and continuous performance improvements. We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions. This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year, starting as soon as possible according to mutual agreement. The position is based in Sipoo, Finland.

Based in Finland, you will be part of the Finance organization supporting the Finnish business. Commercial Finland Finance is responsible for all financial activities ranging from price and performance management, business partnering, reporting and strategic projects. Our work supports the commercial organization as well as the Finland Management Team.

Your Job as Finance Manager

Partner with Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager on strategic initiatives, pricing and business analyses.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Drive forecasting and month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Drive reporting, KPI management and continuous process improvements.

Analyze performance deviations and continuously improve planning and reporting processes.

Lead performance dialogues and challenge stakeholders through fact-based analyses.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

We are looking for someone who

Holds a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

Has approximately 6-7 years of relevant experience within Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling or Performance Management.

Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Is proficient in SAP, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
