Finnish Language Customer Service Advisor (Relocation to Malta)

As a Customer Account Advisor at bet365, you will join our vibrant Customer Service department in Malta, supporting our global customer base through excellent service and clear communication.

At bet365, customer service is more than handling queries; it is about creating positive experiences and making every interaction count. You will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience, supporting customers with betting, payments and account queries via Live Chat, email and phone.

This full-time position follows a flexible pattern designed around the sporting calendar and includes evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a rotation to ensure an even schedule.

This role falls under our hybrid working model, where you will work both from home and from our modern office in the heart of Sliema. The office offers spectacular sea views and is close to flat rocky beaches and a variety of outdoor activities.

From your first day, you will receive training and support from experienced instructors who will guide and mentor you so you can deliver an excellent customer experience.
