Senior Salesforce Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our established RevOps team in either Helsinki, Finland, or Dublin, Ireland. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, officially kicking off in October 2026 and concluding in October 2027. This is a unique opportunity to make a high-impact, strategic contribution to our RevOps function.

In this role, you will...Play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce environment using declarative tools.

Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Owner, key stakeholders, and end-users across the organization to ensure our systems run seamlessly.

Lead and execute Salesforce projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support.

Identify broad areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and implement strategic enhancements, including process automation, customizations, and external system integrations.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include...Driving user adoption and system efficiency by optimizing the user experience (leveraging dynamic forms, improving Lightning record pages, and implementing Paths).

Building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable automations and screen flows.

Migrating legacy Process Builder processes to Flows and optimizing existing automations.

Working closely with end-users to identify process bottlenecks and designing effective solutions.

Partnering with the Sales Enablement team to train end-users and ensure they are equipped to use the system efficiently.

This position is for you if you have...5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Solution Engineer.

Proven, hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing scalable Salesforce Flows.

A solid understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.

Familiarity with Agile working methodologies.
