Social Media Manager

About this role

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Dokport’s founders and take ownership of customer acquisition across our key digital channels.
• Your goal is simple: bring more customers to Dokport and continuously find better ways to do it.
• You will create and distribute content, grow our social media presence, improve organic traffic, work with influencers, test new channels and optimise the entire customer journey from first impression to conversion.
• This role is based primarily at our office in Espoo, where you will work closely with the team and move quickly from ideas to execution.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• Grow Dokport’s customer base through digital marketing and organic growth
• Own and develop our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Plan, create and publish engaging short-form and long-form content
• Identify content formats, topics and trends that can generate reach and customer acquisition
• Grow website traffic through SEO and content marketing
• Research keywords and create or coordinate SEO-optimised landing pages and articles
• Improve organic search visibility and continuously analyse search performance
• Build and manage influencer and creator collaborations
• Identify relevant influencers, negotiate collaborations and measure their performance
• Test new acquisition channels, campaigns and growth ideas
• Analyse traffic, conversion rates, CAC and customer behaviour
• Improve the customer funnel from social media and search to registration and purchase
