About this role
We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT/EUS and first-line IT/OT support at business and manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ITSM, and asset management.
- Provide first-line support for MES, production workstations, IoT/OT devices, and manufacturing systems.
- Coordinate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, OT/Automation, and vendors.
- Handle device installation, replacement, relocation, and decommissioning (IMACD).
- Maintain documentation and follow IT/security/safety procedures.
- Mandatory Requirements
- 3–8 years of Onsite IT / EUS / OSS experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, LAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, and VPN.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.
- Manufacturing/industrial or IT/OT experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to travel independently between nearby sites and support on-call requirements.
