As our expansion across Europe continues, we are looking for Route Planners to join our team at our office in Käpylä. Previous experience in route planning is not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong logical thinking skills, and motivation to develop in the role. We will provide you with comprehensive training and the support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and developing routes for our tour vehicles in designated target countries
  • Taking responsibility for the overall route planning, with a focus on efficiency and optimal use of resources
  • Managing and understanding complex planning processes while working closely with colleagues operating in the field

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills are required. Finnish language skills are considered a plus
  • Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to structure and process information effectively
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including tables, formulas, filters, and pivot tables
  • Accuracy, a systematic approach, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude
  • A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good mathematical reasoning skills are considered an advantage
  • Previous experience living or working in o
