Restaurants purchase directly from Saltz and are fully supported across sales, logistics, customer support, account management, and claims handling. Through our catalogue and platform, we provide visibility into sourcing origins and product information, helping chefs make informed purchasing decisions and discover trusted suppliers worldwide. We recently closed a €20M Series A backed by leading European venture funds.
