Responsibilities

• As a Founders’ Associate, you'll report directly to the founders and work from our Berlin HQ at the center of the topics that shape Limetax.
• You'll own projects end to end across M&A, fundraising, strategy, finance, and the operating playbook for our group. You'll move between analyzing a problem, developing a recommendation, and driving it through execution.
• The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve with the priorities of the company.

• M&A. Work on live acquisition processes, from evaluating opportunities and building the investment case to due diligence and transaction execution.
