Why Deployment Strategists are our customers' #1 go-to person We aim to solve the most complex problems in sales engineering and work closely with customers in mapping out their ideal inbound process. You will dive into our enterprise customers processes to help deploy Atira agents with our FDEs and face their most intricate challenges. You are the go-to person inside our largest partners for anything project management and use case scoping related, and this from the point where you demo our product for the first time up until multi-annual partnership commercial negotiations. Trust and use case insights are your two most valuable resources you get from customers and what you bring back home will directly shape our core platform in the near future - this requires a strong taste when it comes to how a software product is shaped and a strong opinion on what is needed to maximize customer satisfaction. Beyond that, our Deployment Strategists think beyond a single customer and are essential in figuring out the concrete steps to scale to our next 100 customers by accelerating onboarding processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
