Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the finance function across FRASER, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payment runs, reconciliations and liquidity planning.
- Coordinate the preparation of bookkeeping (Vorbereitende Buchhaltung), ensuring invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation are complete and accurate before submission to external accounting partners.
- Work closely with our external accounting firms in Germany, Switzerland, South Africa and Dubai, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely financial processes.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities together with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax and statutory requirements while supporting finance processes across our international locations.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Directors and Founder on budgeting, forecasting, profitability and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Help build and scale the finance function, with the opportunity to grow into the Head of Finance role as the company continues to expand.
