About The Team:

The role of a Production Supervisor (known internally as Team Leader - Production) is to be responsible for overseeing an area of the production process during the shift, leading a team of operatives to ensure that the KPIs and our customer expectations are met in full and on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and food safety and quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing:

Leading a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time

Fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement

Schedule and assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback

Dealing with day to day queries from colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams as required

Maintain up to date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) on production, food safety data and analyse this data to identify trends, problems and opportunities for improvement

Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained

Who You Are:

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment

Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment

A team player who believes in creating a positive environment for their team and works closely with surrounding teams

Experience in an FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environment is ideal but not essential

Working Schedule: Two available shift patterns - please specify if you have a preference of shifts in your application

Wednesday to Saturday, 0700 - 1900 rotating from days and nights every 3 months.

Sunday to Wednesday, 0700 - 1900 rotating from days and nights every 3 months.
