We offer a hybrid remote work solution within Sweden, with occasional visits to our HQ in Helsingborg.

As a Senior Data Engineer at Resurs, you'll be at the forefront of our cloud transformation, working with cutting-edge AWS technologies to build scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to transform how we leverage data to create value for our customers and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and architectures using modern AWS services and cloud-native technologies

Build and implement scalable unified data platform solutions that support advanced analytics and data-driven decision making

Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data flows, adhering to banking regulations and compliance requirements

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable data products

Drive best practices for DataOps, monitoring, and automated data pipeline orchestration

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of our data engineering standards and practices

Lead technical decision-making for data architecture and tooling within assigned projects
