Responsibilities
- As a Manager at BCG Platinion in the Nordics, you are responsible for the execution and management of our national and international client projects. We collaborate with colleagues from BCG Platinion and/or the Boston Consulting Group on site and directly with the client company.
- At BCG Platinion, you will:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex digital and AI transformation projects, defining the overall approach, structuring workstreams, planning resources, and assuring the quality and impact of delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business ambitions into technology and AI strategies, roadmaps, operating models, investment priorities, and implementation plans
- Shape portfolios of high-value AI and GenAI opportunities and the foundations required to scale them, including data and technology capabilities, platforms and architectures, governance, responsible AI, and ways of working
- Steer delivery across business, technology, data, and AI teams, manage complex dependencies and risks, resolve escalations, and drive alignment on critical decisions from strategy through implementation
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction and coaching to consultants, arc
