Restaurant Manager

We want to work with you who love people and food as much as we do. As a restaurant manager at Bastard Burgers, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that both guests and employees are satisfied and happy. You lead the team with the right attitude and positive energy. You have experience from previous restaurant or service jobs and understand that there are stressful moments, but that the service/food must always be excellent. You have overall responsibility for scheduling, purchasing, personnel costs, and essentially everything that happens in the restaurant. The work involves a strong focus on operations, kitchen and cash register, with administrative elements where you are expected to take high ownership.
