Job Description
Roles and ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of radio system design from concept creation, architecture definition, and technology selection through implementation, verification, manufacturing support, and product release.
Develop and evaluate RF solutions for wireless medical systems, including Bluetooth, MBAN, and Wi-Fi radio implementations, antennas, RF front ends, and related circuitry.
Design RF hardware, including schematics, PCB layouts, antenna integration, simulations, and technical reviews.
Plan and execute testing from low-level RF RX and TX parameters to radio system-level and wireless performance.
Support and drive product-level radio certification activities, such as FCC and RED, according to program needs and target markets.
Work with hardware, software, systems, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and external partners to troubleshoot complex RF topics related to EMC, antenna performance, and wireless connectivity.
