Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead technical delivery across initiatives involving Salesforce, AI agents, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, project delivery, and stakeholder partnership.
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce platform experience and practical experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation using Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM and agent-building platforms.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope, priorities, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
- Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms that align with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI agent initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, or comparable platforms.
- Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, delivery milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
- Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches for quality, maintainability, and architectural alignment.
- Mentor engineers and developers and support technical decision-making and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business teams to prioritize high-value use cases and operationalize solutions.
- Help ensure solutions meet appropriate governance, security, reliability, maintainability, and supportability standards.
