Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bastard, you play a crucial role in the operation and take significant responsibility for delivering a world-class product. You may be an expert in the kitchen or provide excellent service, but in this role, you are expected to be interested in both aspects.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are also responsible for evaluating and developing various areas of your restaurant. You ensure that you are an operational expert, fully aware of what happens in the day-to-day operations. Together with the restaurant manager, you continuously evaluate to improve and develop the culture and the KPIs we consider important. When the restaurant manager is not present, you are the highest authority. The work involves high operational responsibility with administrative elements.
