As a Waiter at Skýra, your main role is to deliver exceptional service across our restaurant and spa. You'll welcome guests, provide attentive food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while also assisting guests at the spa reception with check-ins, bookings, and general enquiries. This role blends professional hospitality with thoughtful, personalized service.
We're looking for someone friendly, organized, and service minded. Someone who understands how genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a calm, welcoming presence contribute to a luxury guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate, efficient service
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant and service areas throughout the day
- Welcome spa guests, manage check-ins, bookings, upselling and general reception duties
- Answer guest enquiries and assist with reservations for restaurant and spa services
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and restaurant areas
- Work closely with the kitchen, spa, and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant service, hospitality, reception, or a similar guest-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Hygienic passport and alcohol license
- English required; Finnish or other languages are a plus
- Salary starting from 15€/hour, but can be negotiated based on experience.
