About the role

Verda is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team as we scale at high velocity and capital intensity. This role will own and continuously improve the financial model that underpins our fundraising, investor reporting, and capital planning - a critical function as Verda grows its infrastructure footprint and reporting standards mature. You'll work closely with the CFO and wider finance team to ensure Verda's numbers and narrative stay ahead of the business.

Your responsibilitiesOperate and continuously develop Verda's consolidated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across our legal entities and currencies

Maintain cash flow forecasts that guide the company's liquidity and capacity planning

Build the scenarios behind key strategic decisions, including new cluster deployments across our European data centers, contract mix (contracted vs. on-demand), and financing structures

Provide analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategy
