About the role

As Lead Electrical Engineer you own the power that keeps our sites alive. You will design the full power distribution architecture, define the redundancy topology, design grounding and bonding, run the studies that prove the system is safe, and work directly with utility providers. In an AI data center, power is the constraint, and this is the discipline that solves it.

Your responsibilities Design power distribution architecture, including utility service entrance, switchgear, generators, UPS, PDUs, and transformers

Define the redundancy topology (N+1, 2N)

Design grounding and bonding systems

Perform load, short-circuit, and arc-flash studies

Coordinate directly with utility providers on service and interconnection

Your key competencies

The ideal candidate has designed mission-critical electrical systems at data center scale and can own the discipline end to end.BS in Electrical Engineering
