Responsibilities
- As a member of the Eastern Finland Pulp Mills Management Team, you will play a key role in contributing the strategic decision-making and driving the long-term development and success of Kymi and Kaukas Pulp mills.
- In addition, you will:
- Lead and develop pulp production operations with strong focus on safety, performance and people
- Lead daily pulp production operations and ensure safe, efficient and stable performance
- Develop production performance, cost efficiency and operational flexibility
- Lead, coach and develop production organization and line management
- Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements
