About this role
Construction Logistics Group Oy are currently looking for a Construction Logistics Manager to help us facilitate the logistics on a Data Center in Vihti, Finland. You will be working for Mercury, end Client being Mictosoft.
This is an approximate 85 week role, starting in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Designing efficient site set-ups, including access points, storage areas, pedestrian walkways, and internal traffic routes.
- Overseeing all site traffic, managing delivery schedules, booking in vehicles, and supervising traffic marshals.
- Working with suppliers and buyers to ensure materials arrive undamaged, on time, and match project requirements.
- Managing the maintenance, certification, and safe operation of heavy equipment like cranes, hoists, and forklifts.
- Enforcing safety protocols, ensuring PPE compliance, and managing waste disposal and site security.
- Setting up temporary site facilities, welfare areas, and emergency gathering zones for workers, etc
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree or 3rd-level qualification in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying
- Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti)
- A First Aid Card (Hätäensiapu / EA1) - desired
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B1/B2 intermediate) is required
