The global Master Data Management team at Kalmar Services is seeking a Master Data Lead. In this role, you will secure the quality of Item and Installed Base data across the organization by taking hands-on corrective actions and driving cross-functional development projects.

You will play a key role in defining analytical capabilities that support both our internal data team and wider business functions. By partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve our master data systems and processes, you will make sure that Kalmar's global service operations are backed by reliable, actionable data.

This is a full-time position. The preferred location is Tampere, Finland.

What are your key responsibilities: Development needs: Identify and drive internal master data development needs.

Business requirements: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, solutions, or processes within the master data management scope.

Data flow: Ensure the accurate and consistent flow of master data between core systems, including PDM and ERP, cloud platforms, and analytics dashboards to enable practical, data-driven business insights.
