Director, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Director, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to lead the technology capabilities that support some of Fazer's most critical business processes across the Group.

In this role, you will:

Own and develop the technology capabilities supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Procurement across the Group

Partner with senior business leaders to drive business value through technology, automation and data

Drive technology-enabled transformation and define the future roadmap of your responsibility area

Ensure application reliability, lifecycle management, governance, security and compliance

Lead and develop your team and capabilities and foster a high-performing, collaborative and business-oriented culture

As part of the ICT Management Team, you will work closely with colleagues across the ICT community and senior business leaders across the Group, playing a key role in shaping how technology enables Fazer's future success.

You will reports to the CIO and will based at Fazer's headquarters in Vaarala, Vantaa where we work mainly on-site.

To succeed in this role.

You are an experienced technology leader with the ability to connect business needs, people and technology. You bring experience from enterprise application environments supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance and have successfully driven business-focused technology transformation, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.

You build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation and approach challenges with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. As a leader, you create clarity, inspire confidence and help people and teams succeed in a changing environment.
