Your tasks

Assess the current global employment-tax landscape, processes, controls and oversight gaps

Design a future-state employment-tax target operating model aligned to global Centres of Excellence and payroll transformation

Recommend governance structures, roles, responsibilities, controls and escalation routes

Identify opportunities to reduce tax risk, oversight gaps and tax leakage

Support practical implementation planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement

Must have competences

Strong employment-tax technical experience across global or multi-jurisdictional organisations

Experience designing or improving employment-tax operating models, governance and controls

Understanding of payroll, mobility, benefits, withholding and employment-tax compliance risks

Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation actions, with a practical implementation, governance and controls mindset

Strong stakeholder-management skills across Tax, HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal

Experience with global payroll and Centres of Excellence transformation
