As a (Senior) Consultant in our Production & Operations team, you will support leading organizations in navigating change and unlocking performance improvements. Working in multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives, develop valuable industry expertise, and help clients translate ambitious goals into tangible business results.

Your Responsibilities• Support transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments

Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making

Contribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps

Support operational strategy and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations

Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes

Develop client deliverables and support workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities

Who you areAre you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

2+ years of experience in management consulting, delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments

University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field

Understanding of operational processes,continuous improvement methodol
